Product Description

Production Process

• The roller body is crafted from high-quality seamless steel pipe (custom materials available upon request). The inner hole undergoes boring and grinding to ensure uniform wall thickness, followed by welding, stress-relief, turning, grinding, and finishing.
• Static and dynamic balance calibration ensures coaxiality ≤0.02mm in the finished roller.
• Advanced processing techniques create extruded products with clear pattern lines, exquisite designs, rich layers, and precise dimensions.
• Final surface treatment includes hard chromium plating (or other treatments), achieving hardness of HRC58-62.
